Ingredients

2 (280) pcs (g) bell pepper
2 (8) pcs (g) chilli
2 (160) pcs (g) red onion
300 ml coconut milk
300 ml vegetable bouillon
140 g peas
200 g rice
3 tsp red curry paste

Steps

  1. Cook rice according to instructions
  2. chop onion an chillies
  3. heat oil over medium heat, add curry paste and saute for 1 to 2 min
  4. add onions and chilli to the pan and saut until the onions are translucent
  5. add coconut milk and vegetable bouillon
  6. add peas
  7. chop and add bell pepper
  8. chop and add mango and let it cook for at least for 5 min
