Steps
- Slice aubergine into 1 cm big pieces and put them on an oven tray
- Quarter tomato and spread them over the aubergine slices
- Shop spring onions and spread them over the aubergine slices
- Cut garlic into slices and spread it over the tray
- Mix vegetable stock with a small cup of water and the oil and pour it over the vegetables
- Put it in the oven for 30min at 150°C with over- and under-heat
- After that make little cubes of feta and put it on the tray
- Enable the grill of your oven and keep it on for another 15 min
- Wait 5 min before eating
