Aubergine Vegetables with Feta

Ingredients

1 Piece Aubergine
1 Package Feta
300 g Tomato
1 Bunch Spring Onions
4 Cloves Garlic
6 Tablespoons Oil
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Stock

Steps

  1. Slice aubergine into 1 cm big pieces and put them on an oven tray
  2. Quarter tomato and spread them over the aubergine slices
  3. Shop spring onions and spread them over the aubergine slices
  4. Cut garlic into slices and spread it over the tray
  5. Mix vegetable stock with a small cup of water and the oil and pour it over the vegetables
  6. Put it in the oven for 30min at 150°C with over- and under-heat
  7. After that make little cubes of feta and put it on the tray
  8. Enable the grill of your oven and keep it on for another 15 min
  9. Wait 5 min before eating
